OilExchange aggregates your pre-purchased production with that of other producers and structures it into asset-backed securities to provide you with the funds you need without increasing your organization's debt level. 

Our proprietary production-backed securities financing (or securitization) provide producers with a valuable monetization alternative. The securitization product is available for domestic and international producers, as well as governments of oil and gas producing countries.

Securitization may also serve as an important component to a producer's risk management strategy. By accelerating cash flow, producers can improve their balance sheets - reducing total cost of debt and/or increase available capital to undertake alternative projects.
