Privacy Policy

OilExchange is committed to honoring the privacy of its users.  OilExchange collects information from its users during the registration and qualification process. Such information is then securely stored on OilExchange servers.  Registration information will ordinarily only be used in the following ways:

• To enable OilExchange to process, validate, verify and maintain access to OilExchange Web Sites.      

• To enable OilExchange to provide contributors and advertisers with aggregate -  not individual - information about OilExchange’s user base and their usage patterns. 

• To provide OilExchange with information useful for developing new features and services that meet user needs, as well as improving OilExchange Web Sites.

• To enable OilExchange to contact users via e-mail, postal service, phone, fax or other means of communication in order to market or report on OilExchange services such as new site features, property listings OilExchange events.  During the registration process users will be given the option to decline this latter type of information.

OilExchange does not sell its user list.  From time to time OilExchange may use a third-Party service provider that needs to know specific user information on a confidential basis.  OilExchange reserves the right to contact any user at any time regarding matters of importance or concern to OilExchange.
