OilExchange Inc. has developed a unique Lease Data Management System ("LDMS") based on our Virtual Data Room ASP technology that allows oil and gas companies to digitally access and interact in a collaborative environment with information contained in existing and future paper lease files. Authorized users have secure access to the LDMS from anywhere within the company using their internal network or from remote locations using standard Internet connections.

The application of the OilExchange ASP technology to the management of documents of this type is not limited to land records. Any paper-based data can be scanned and converted into our indexed and searchable Virtual Paper format.
