OilExchange Inc. is a fast growing Denver, Colorado based company looking for a few talented individuals to join our staff. Positions are available in Denver and Houston TX.

Production Administrator (Posted 12/21/02)
This position carries overall responsibility for the oil and gas marketing and production accounting for OilExchange’s Production Back Securitization (“PBS”) financial product.

Specific Tasks to include:

Setup and administer division orders and/or other sales mechanisms to either market production with the producer or take physical delivery at the wellhead.
Setup and administer production accounting system to:
- Track incoming production streams and verify delivery of the proper volumes and/or revenues from the sale of the production streams.
- Provide all needed accounting information
In the case of physical delivery (in addition to above):
- Negotiate, contract and administer purchase and transportation agreements with transportation providers, 3rd parties (if required) and oil and gas buyers.

Candidate must have relevant and current supervisory and hands-on experience in the field of production accounting and oil and gas marketing.

Petroleum Engineer (Posted 12/12/02)
Petroleum Engineer needed for reserve and economic analysis of producing and non-producing properties. Candidate must understand and apply practical reservoir engineering concepts to reserve/rate/economic evaluations and have general knowledge of petroleum economics and operations.

Candidate must have appropriate degree and broad computer expertise in industry-standard evaluation software, graphics software and general PC networking and file operations. A broad geographical experience is required with an emphasis on Gulf Coast, GOM and Mid-Continent areas.
